In the Summer Court, Lucia finds that the situation has worsened and tensions are high, but her friends in Pittsburgh are dealing with their own problems. As the full moon rises in the sky and Luther assembles her pack for a quiet evening, she immediately finds her leadership questioned. Her unruly pack member isn’t the only rambunctious werewolf, however, as Lesleigh gets a call from Sammy about a particularly large wolf rooting through his dumpster. Feeling safe, Branch jeopardizes his protection mission by calling in an unrelated favor—but that might be the least of the safe house tenants’ worries…
